Joanne Wilkinson – Founder and Managing Director
Before jointly establishing DriverCare, Joanne specialised in Information Technology for 10 years. Over that time, Joanne held the position of Marketing Manager with Osborne Computer Corporation and Customer Operations Manager with Digital Equipment Corporation. In addition, Joanne ran her own business developing software training programs for a range of public and private sector clients in Australia. Joanne has motor vehicle industry and insurance claims handling experience gained over the last two decades. It is Joanne's direct industry experience linked with her IT program expertise that led to the development of DriverCare's current information systems and operations.
Paul Elliott – National Sales & Marketing Manager
Paul has worked in the fleet industry for 30 years, having spent 28 years with Custom Fleet, originally in the position of State Manager South Australia. He was transferred to New Zealand in 1999 to the role of National Manager Custom Fleet New Zealand, until returning to Australia in 2001 as Regional Manager for Sales & Customer Service. In 2003 Paul was promoted to the role of Global Manager Sales, Marketing and Product Development, having the responsibility for the operations in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. As part of this role Paul was also the “Down Under” representative for the global alliance with Arval PHH, one of the largest Fleet Management Organisations in the world. Another function of Paul’s role was the management of external outsource suppliers, one being DriverCare. Paul left Custom Fleet in 2008 after the sale to GE and joined the sales team at Interleasing. He was approached by the directors of Corporate Fleet Control in 2009 to join DriverCare in his current Sales Manager role.
Darren Campbell - Information Technology (IT) Manager Prior to joining DriverCare Darren completed IT projects for Procter & Gamble, BT Financial Group & Logicalis. Darren joined Corporate Fleet Control in early 2009 as a computer programmer and is now advising and implementing IT-based strategies to support DriverCare's growth and new product objectives. Darren's expertise in computerised business information systems development, business communications networks and systems integration enables DriverCare to fully optimise technology applications. Darren has a BSc Degree in Business Information Systems and is currently completing a Masters in Business and Technology.
Melissa Rose - Relationship Manager
Melissa has 12 years experience with DriverCare in a variety of roles, the majority within Customer Service. After moving into Human Resources in 2006, Melissa completed her Diploma of Business (Human Resources) in 2008 and was promoted to Human Resources Manager, which included the responsibility of Occupational Health & Safety. Melissa's recent move back into the role of Relationship Manager utilises her superior customer service skills which are enhanced by her extensive experience in all areas of the organisation enabling Melissa to exceed client expectations and ensure that they continue to benefit from their relationship with DriverCare.
Anthony Kwok – Business Development Manager
Anthony brings a wealth of sales experience to DriverCare. He has spent the past 15 years in Sales leadership roles within the Finance and Hospitality industries. In 1997 he joined Commsec and developed his career in the Australian and International Equity markets before moving to a Funds Management company as a Business Development Manager. Anthony continued to develop his Sales management career in Finance and worked with the Commonwealth Bank Car Finance Centre in 2007 until 2009. Anthony’s previous role before joining DriverCare was National Sales Manager for a niche Sports Marketing Company. Anthony has established a proven track record in Sales Management, Relationship Management and business to business sales.
