Joanne Wilkinson – Chief Executive Officer
Joanne has been at the forefront of Incident Management solutions to the Australian marketplace since 1993, when she founded Australia’s first independent accident management supplier. After operating businesses in both Australia and New Zealand, in 2005 Joanne recognised the need for a broader range of driver focussed products to be developed and offered to the market, and as a result established Consolidated Solutions International. It is Joanne’s direct industry experience linked with her product development expertise that has led to the development of CSI’s current information systems, operations, and product suite.
Paul Elliott – National Sales & Marketing Manager
Paul has worked in the fleet industry for 32 years, having held various roles and responsibilities in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. During this time Paul was also the “Down Under” representative for one of the largest Fleet Management Organisations in the world. Paul brings to the CSI Group his extensive experience and knowledge in sales, marketing and innovative product development.
Darren Campbell - Information Technology (IT) Manager Darren has a BSc Degree in Business Information Systems and is currently completing a Masters in Business and Technology. Prior to joining CSI Darren was involved in IT projects for major leading financial institutions. Darren joined the CSI Group in early 2009 and is now advising and implementing IT-based strategies to support the Group’s growth and innovative new product objectives. Darren’s expertise in computerised business information systems development, business communications networks and systems integration enables CSI to fully optimise technology applications.
Melissa Rose - Relationship Manager
Melissa has 13 years experience with DriverCare in a variety of roles, the majority within Customer Service. After moving into Human Resources in 2006, Melissa completed her Diploma of Business (Human Resources) in 2008 and was promoted to Human Resources Manager, which included the responsibility of Occupational Health & Safety. Melissa's recent move back into the role of Relationship Manager utilises her superior customer service skills which are enhanced by her extensive experience in all areas of the organisation enabling Melissa to exceed client expectations and ensure that they continue to benefit from their relationship with DriverCare.
Anthony Kwok – Business Development Manager
Anthony brings a wealth of sales experience to DriverCare. He has spent the past 15 years in Sales leadership roles within the Finance and Hospitality industries. In 1997 he joined Commsec and developed his career in the Australian and International Equity markets before moving to a Funds Management company as a Business Development Manager. Anthony continued to develop his Sales management career in Finance and worked with the Commonwealth Bank Car Finance Centre in 2007 until 2009. Anthony’s previous role before joining DriverCare was National Sales Manager for a niche Sports Marketing Company. Anthony has established a proven track record in Sales Management, Relationship Management and business to business sales.
